PROJECT MANAGER

With 49 years in the industry, Pat is the man you want overseeing the construction of your home. Before joining Cannatelli Builders 6 and a half years ago, Pat worked for another large construction company, prior to which he owned his own business. Attention to detail and a pursuit of excellence are key characteristics of his project management style. On every job, Pat expects perfection from his subcontractors and also that the site remains clean and presentable at all times. Pat is from Jamestown, NY, and when he’s not whipping guys into shape on the job site, he is likely golfing or riding his Harley.

PROJECT MANAGER

Casey Cook, a proud native of Tampa, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, where he laid the foundation for a career dedicated to excellence in the field.

Before joining Cannatelli Builders, Casey spent over eight years working on high-end commercial buildings, with a particular focus on clubhouses and hospitality projects. His career has been marked by his involvement in numerous design-build and renovation projects, including extensive work at The Breakers Hotel. Overseeing these multi-million-dollar projects—often exceeding $20 million annually—Casey demonstrated his expertise in managing every phase of construction, from pre-construction to project closeout.

Known for his exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and expert job site coordination, Casey excels at keeping projects on track and ensuring the highest standards of quality. His ability to manage complex projects with a keen eye for detail has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the construction field.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending quality time with his wife and staying active. He has a passion for sports, with soccer and pickleball being his particular favorites. Whether it’s cheering on his favorite teams or enjoying a competitive game, Casey values the camaraderie and challenge that sports bring to his life.

SUPERINTENDENT

Randy French was born and raised in the greater Cincinnati area. He first got into the trades installing windows and doors with his father at a young age. After high school, Randy attended Cincinnati State’s aviation maintenance program were he found his passion for analytical skills and handcraft. He then got into carpentry around the time he met his wife, Beth , in 2010. Since then the two of them have had multiple adventures living in St. Kitts, Louisiana, and Tennessee before heading back to Ohio for the past 4 years. In that time Randy has worked his way through the ranks of construction from carpenter to superintendent having experience on both residential and commercial job sites.

Due to a new partnership and business opportunity for his wife, the French’s, including their dog Aldo, have now officially made South Florida their place to call home.

PERMITTING

Robin moved to Florida in July 2021 from Fenwich Island, Delaware. She joined the Cannatelli team with over 25 years of construction experience. Robin enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips, and anything outdoors.

OFFICE MANAGER

Denise is originally from the Caribbean, where her family owned and operated a concrete, cement, rock, and block quarry that supplied materials to islands from St. Thomas, USVI, to Barbados.

She relocated to South Florida 25 years ago, landing first in Islamorada in the Florida Keys, and more recently in Coral Springs.

While living in Islamorada, Denise owned and operated a successful charter boat business and managed a small luxury boutique resort—gaining valuable experience in both hospitality and business operations.

With her diverse entrepreneurial background, Denise joined the Cannatelli Builders team four years ago as an assistant. She now serves as the office manager and bookkeeper, playing a key role in daily operations.

A true islander at heart, Denise has a deep love for the ocean. Though she may have moved off an island, she’s never far from the water.

Valerie joined Cannatelli Builders in early June 2024 as a Project Coordinator and Assistant to the Project Managers. Her interest in the construction industry originated from her father's career path, which started as a mason and advanced to Project Manager. Her passion to emulate her father's success drives her to eagerly learn all aspects of construction. Valerie is a lifelong resident of South Florida, having lived in various areas of the state but always returning home.

During high school, Valerie focused her extracurricular efforts on Airforce JROTC, excelling rapidly to earn officer ranks. This experience taught her the importance of teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared objectives. Her exceptional communication skills derive from over 10 years in customer service roles. Meanwhile, her attention to detail and organizational abilities stem from previous experience as an office manager.

PROJECT MANAGER

Jason brings over three decades of experience in the building industry, beginning with the

launch of his own construction business in the early 1990s. Known for his commitment to

quality, clear communication, and strong team leadership, he has developed extensive expertise

in general contracting, project management, and design-build across both residential and

commercial construction. Today, he applies that depth of experience to the Cannatelli Builders

team.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Kyle joined Cannatelli Builders in 2014 in a part-time role, assisting with errands and permit

submissions. What began as a simple opportunity quickly evolved into a career he never

expected. Entering the industry without prior construction experience, Kyle’s dedication, work

ethic, and drive to learn have earned him the nickname “The Guy”—though his official title is

Project Coordinator.

Now with over ten years at Cannatelli Builders, Kyle oversees permitting and ensures the

accuracy and quality of project documentation across all jobs. His hands-on experience in every

facet of the company allows him to consistently deliver the Cannatelli standard from start to

finish.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Kyle on the golf course, putter in hand, chasing a round

under 80.
