Owned by Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, alongside partner Paul Greenberg, Eddie & Vinny’s aims to bring vibrant energy, inspired coastal cuisine, and warm hospitality to the community. The end result is a 230-seat restaurant with a welcoming indoor-outdoor layout, highlighted by rich caramel wood accents, dramatic lighting, brassy gold finishes, and soft blue tones throughout. The transformation was not just cosmetic—it was structural, spatial, and experiential. Every choice was made to ensure guests feel immersed in an upscale yet approachable environment the moment they walk through the doors.
