Owned by Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, alongside partner Paul Greenberg, Eddie & Vinny’s aims to bring vibrant energy, inspired coastal cuisine, and warm hospitality to the community. With the support of industry veterans and an experienced design team, the space now embodies the sophistication of Mediterranean architecture and the inviting spirit of classic Italian dining. Our role in the renovation involved bringing to life the vision of designer Anna Woodman, who drew inspiration from luxurious coastal aesthetics. The end result is a 230-seat restaurant with a welcoming indoor-outdoor layout, highlighted by rich caramel wood accents, dramatic lighting, brassy gold finishes, and soft blue tones throughout. The transformation was not just cosmetic—it was structural, spatial, and experiential. Every choice was made to ensure guests feel immersed in an upscale yet approachable environment the moment they walk through the doors.
Beyond the stunning atmosphere, the culinary offerings at Eddie & Vinny’s are led by the highly accomplished Chef Jeff Tunks and Executive Chef David Garcia.
